Fall Family Fun 2019 for Wilmington Area Families

This year, many fall festivals and farms are modifying their plans in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. But never fear! There are still ways you and your family can enjoy pumpkins, hay and mazes!

Here is a round-up of what Cape Fear Family Magazine knows. (As always, it is best to call before loading everyone into the car as, especially this fall, things can change.)

Fall Farms and Mazes near the Cape Fear region:

1.  Hubbs Corn Maze. Clinton, NC.
Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in October.

Hubb’s Corn Maze is a must for your fall to-do list. Activities include laser tag, a giant jumping pillow, a barrel train, giant slides, a giant sandbox, Toddler Town, live entertainment on special fall weekends, and much more! Kids and adults alike love our treasure mine experience.

2. Mike’s Farm. Beaulaville, NC.
During the month of October the hayride takes a stop at the Pumpkin Patch. Hayrides run Tuesday & Wednesday from 1:00-5:00, Thursday & Friday from 1:00-Dark, and Saturday from 10:00-Dark.

One of the most popular year round events is the fun-filled hayrides. During these rides, both kids and adults, can enjoy a relaxing ride on the farm. Many of the rides seem to beak out in a “singing jubilee” that can be heard all over Onslow County!
